Lemon Balm

Lemon balm is a herb that is from the mint family and is most often grown in Europe and the Mediterranean. Lemon balm is often used for digestive problems, including upset stomach, bloating, and intestinal gas. As a medicinal herb, Lemon balm has a mild sedative properties and can be used to ease the pain and discomfort associated with indigestion. It can also reduce a fever and increase perspiration. 

A soothing, earthy, and lemony-mint flavor.

We recommend using 2 teaspoons of leaf per 8 oz. of near-boiling water (180 to 200 F) and steeping for 3 to 5 minutes.
