Classic Chai Recipe with Stoneground Spices
Masala Chai is the original chai blend and has been a favorite drink in northern India for centuries. Spices like cardamom, ginger, and cloves are stone-ground and delicately blended with a premium quality Assam Black Tea to capture the ancient essence of this royal blend to create a delightful cup of Chai.

Use one teaspoon of Masala Chai for eight ounces water. Bring water to a boil for three minutes. Add whole milk (in the ratio of 1/4 milk to 3/4 water), and let boil another two minutes. Strain and sweeten to taste.
