Boiled mint tea has long been a tradition since ancient times and is still a part of daily life in Morocco.
A full-bodied blend with roasted and vegetal green tea with fragrant and cooling spearmint leaves.
Use 1 teaspoon of tea per 8 oz. of water. Heat water to 175 F (79 C) and steep for 2 minutes. For stronger flavor, use more tea leaves. 2 oz. of tea equals 25-30 teaspoons.
