Rooibos

Rooibos is colloquially known as 'Red Tea', although not from the actual tea bush, is a naturally caffeine-free herbal plant that grows only in South Africa. It's a flavorful alternative for those seeking a stimulant-free beverage, our rooibos is fruity, sweet, rounded, mild, and smooth with a refreshingly herbal texture. Very forgiving to the beginners, it will not over steep and it blends well with other flavors such as nuts, herbs, and fruits.

A fruity and earthy blend with a vanilla aroma.

Use 1.5 teaspoons of tea per 8 oz. of water. Heat water to a boiling (208 F/98 C) and steep for 5-6 minutes. For stronger flavor, use more tea leaves. 2 oz. of tea equals 25-30 teaspoons.
