This extra fine tea is gently steamed to release the light and complex Green Tea sweetness. Most popular as an everyday delight but elevated by the discerning selection of artful cylindrical leaves which infuse the fresh green taste of an early Spring harvest in each cup. 

A sweet flavor reminiscent of tender steamed veggies and fresh seaweed with a rounded finish that coats the palate at the end.

Use 1 teaspoon of tea per 8 oz. of water. Heat water to 175 F (79 C) and steep for 45 seconds to 1 minute. For stronger flavor, use more tea leaves. 2 oz. of tea equals 25-30 teaspoons.
