A sweet flavor reminiscent of tender steamed veggies and fresh seaweed with a rounded finish that coats the palate at the end.
Use 1 teaspoon of tea per 8 oz. of water. Heat water to 175 F (79 C) and steep for 45 seconds to 1 minute. For stronger flavor, use more tea leaves. 2 oz. of tea equals 25-30 teaspoons.
