White Peppercorn Ground
Our White Peppercorns are all-natural and have never been breached. They possess a rich wine-like flavor and are somewhat hot making them a nice addition to soup, grilled meats, or even black peppercorns. White peppercorns are preferred in Asian, Southern European, and Eastern European recipes. They begin their life in the same manner as Black Peppercorns but remain longer on the vine. After maturing, the black outer shell is removed by soaking in water. They are then dried and are ready for use.
White pepper can be used for stomach aches, malaria, cholera, and cancer.
