Golden Milk Mix

Golden milk has warmed kitchens across the Indian subcontinent for generations. Our version comes from a recipe shared by a 97-year-old Yogi, a family friend from India, and we grind it the way it has always been done: fresh, on stone, in small batches.

Four ingredients, nothing else. Turmeric for its earthy depth and golden color. Ceylon Cinnamon, the true cinnamon, sweeter and more delicate than the cassia most stores sell. Ginger for warmth and bite. Tellicherry Black Pepper to round it out. We stone-grind each one in-house so the oils stay intact and the flavor arrives at its peak, not faded from months on a shelf.

The taste is warm and earthy, with the sweetness of cinnamon, the heat of ginger, and a gentle bitterness from the turmeric. Whisk a spoonful into hot milk or your milk of choice, sweeten if you like, and let it become part of a slow morning or a quiet evening. It is a ritual as much as a drink, the kind that has grounded countless mornings before yours.
