A sweet, fruity, and slightly bitter herbal taste with a characteristic tingle on your tongue caused by the alkylamides in echinacea.

We recommend using 1 teaspoon of leaf per 8 oz. of near-boiling water (180 to 200 F) and steeping for 3 to 5 minutes.
