No caffeine, no tea leaves. Dried herbs, flowers, and roots steeped in hot water. Chamomile, hibiscus, peppermint, lemongrass, nettle, moringa. These are the teas that work after dinner, before bed, and any time you want something warm without the caffeine. Steep a little longer than you would a black tea. Most herbal blends open up with five to seven minutes rather than three.
