Ingredients:

Use one teaspoon per eight ounces of water. (Checkout our Infusers and Strainers)

Heat fresh filtered water to around 200° F. Pour hot water over the tea.

I stumbled on this product at my local farmers market. The person manning the tent was very nice and knowledgeable on the product. He was able to answer every question I had and help me decide what tea would be best for my needs. I've been using the red calming tea because I have anxiety and difficulty sleeping, I don't like how I feel after taking melatonin and felt tea would be better for my body. Honestly for me even having half a cup of tea helps me feel much better. On days when I'm starting to have panic attacks I can feel the tea start working and relaxing my body within 3-5 minutes. During those times it helps me think more calmly and practically. It has improved my sleep as well, I have many nights where I can't sleep until 4 or 5am. When I drink this tea I feel it relax my body and my mind and it helps me to fall asleep in 20-30 minutes. 100% recommend this tea for anyone who has anxiety it has improved my quality of life and helped me a lot.
