Pour it over ice and the glass turns the color of a tropical sunset, pink shading into orange from the hibiscus and marigold petals. Serve it iced with a wedge of lime for a summer party, brew it hot on a gray day, or use a strong batch as a bright base for fruit mocktails.

This caffeine-free infusion drinks like a fruit salad in a cup. Dragon fruit, pineapple, strawberry, and apple pieces sit alongside hibiscus and rosehip tartness, lifted by lemon and orange peel and a whisper of verbena. It steeps sweet-tart and juicy, more fruit bowl than floral tea.

We blend and pack in small batches in Portland so the dried fruit and petals stay vivid and fragrant. Blended from dried apple, rosehip, hibiscus, lemon peel, verbena, orange peel, dragon fruit, pineapple, strawberry, marigold petals, and rose petals. Caffeine-free. No sugar, no preservatives. Vegan.

Common Questions

How do I brew it?

Use one teaspoon per eight fluid ounces of water. Bring fresh water to a boil (212°F), pour it over the tea, and steep for five to ten minutes to taste.

The dried fruit pieces are large. Do I need to crush them?

Not for tea. Leave them whole in an infuser or strainer and let them steep. If you are folding the rehydrated pieces into a smoothie or batter, chop or crush them first so they blend smoothly.

Why is my cup more orange than pink?

The marigold petals and orange peel push the color toward sunset orange, while the hibiscus pulls it pink. The exact hue shifts with steep strength and how much water you use, so a longer steep reads deeper and redder.

How do I make it iced?

Brew it double strength, chill it, and pour over ice with a wedge of lime or a sprig of mint.
