Lavender

Lavender is often used as a cure for restlessness, insomnia, nervousness, depression, and a variety of digestive complaints. It is a natural antiseptic and has astringent properties. 

A cooling, calming, refreshing, uplifting, and sweet-tasting tea.

We recommend using 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of leaf per 8 oz. of near-boiling water (180 to 200 F) and steeping for 3 to 5 minutes.
