Collection: Cardamom

Cardamom is the most aromatic spice in our collection. It opens every chai blend we make. It works in savory dishes as well as sweet ones: Scandinavian baking, Indian biryanis, Yemeni coffee. We carry it three ways: whole green pods, seeds only, and stone-ground. Whole pods or seeds for chai and coffee; ground for baking. Black cardamom is a separate spice, smokier and more savory, in a category of its own.
